Privacy policy

Last updated: 9.30.2026

Jennafer Grace LLC (“Jennafer Grace,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and otherwise process personal information when you interact with our website and online store, customer-account features, Jennafer Grace-branded mobile and direct live-shopping experiences, and other Jennafer Grace-controlled services that link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Services”). It also explains the privacy choices and rights that may be available to you.

This Privacy Policy does not itself create consent merely because you use the Services. Where consent is required, we ask for it through the relevant control, prompt, checkbox, cookie banner, device permission, or other mechanism.

1. Who We Are and Scope of This Policy

Jennafer Grace LLC is a fashion and retail business based in San Diego, California. For personal information that Jennafer Grace determines how and why to process, Jennafer Grace is generally the business or controller responsible for that processing, subject to applicable law and the roles of the platforms and service providers described below.

This Policy applies to personal information we process in connection with, for example:

·        jennafergracecollection.com and the Jennafer Grace Shopify storefront and customer-account experience;

·        Jennafer Grace mobile-app, web, and live-shopping experiences powered by CommentSold;

·        orders, returns, exchanges, customer service, marketing, reviews, waitlists, and related communications;

·        interactions with us through social media, promotions, events, or other online or offline touchpoints where this Policy is provided; and

·        personal information that we receive from marketplaces, retail partners, or other business partners when Jennafer Grace needs that information to sell, supply, fulfill, support, or administer a transaction.

Third-party marketplaces and platforms may process personal information for their own purposes under their own privacy notices. This Policy describes Jennafer Grace’s processing; it does not replace the privacy notice of Etsy, Wolf & Badger, Faire, Shopify, CommentSold, a payment provider, or another independent platform.

2. Personal Information We Collect

The personal information we collect depends on how you interact with us and which Services you use. We may collect the following categories.

Information you provide to us

·        Contact and identity information, such as name, email address, telephone number, shipping address, billing address, and account profile information.

·        Account and authentication information, such as email address, password or authentication credentials, account identifiers, saved addresses, preferences, active-session information, and information associated with social sign-in if you choose to use it.

·        Order and commercial information, such as products viewed, added to cart, purchased, returned, exchanged, reviewed, or placed on a waitlist; quantities; prices; discounts; store credit; order status; delivery information; and transaction history.

·        Payment-related information. Payments are processed through payment providers and platform payment services. Depending on the payment method, those providers may collect card, bank, billing, wallet, or other payment information. We may receive confirmations, payment-method summaries, transaction identifiers, fraud/risk information, or tokens rather than the full payment credentials.

·        Communications and support information, including messages, return or defect information, order notes, questions, feedback, and other content you send to us.

·        Marketing and preference information, such as email, SMS, and push-notification subscriptions or opt-outs, cookie choices, privacy choices, wishlists, waitlists, and other preferences.

·        User-generated content, such as product reviews, ratings, photos, or other material you choose to submit where those features are available.

Information collected automatically

·        Device and network information, such as IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, cookie or similar identifiers, and technical interaction data.

·        Usage and shopping activity, such as pages and products viewed, searches, clicks, cart activity, checkout activity, abandonment events, referral information, interactions with marketing messages, and related analytics.

·        Approximate location inferred from IP address or similar information. Depending on the mobile app, device settings, and features you choose to use, the app provider may also process location or device-permission information as described in the relevant platform disclosures and prompts.

·        Cookie, pixel, and similar-technology information used for required site functions, preferences, analytics, measurement, personalization, security, and advertising, subject to applicable consent and opt-out choices.

Information we receive from other sources

·        Shopify and Shopify consumer services, including information associated with your storefront activity, orders, account interactions, Shop or Shop Pay use, and privacy preferences, depending on the services you use.

·        CommentSold and authentication or social-login providers when you use our mobile app, live-shopping, or related account features.

·        Marketplaces and retail partners. Depending on the channel and our role, these services may provide buyer/customer or retailer/business contact information, shipping or billing addresses, order and fulfillment details, return or claim information, and platform CRM, segmentation, or marketing-related information made available to us under that channel’s rules. For example, when we act as a supplier through Shopify Collective, another retailer may provide us with its customer’s name, email address, shipping or billing address, order details, and fulfillment information so we can fulfill the retailer’s order.

·        Advertising, analytics, marketing, reviews, waitlist, shipping, returns, accounting, inventory, fraud-prevention, and other vendors that provide information needed to operate or measure our Services.

·        Publicly available or business-partner sources where permitted by law.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information for the following purposes:

·        Provide, administer, and improve the Services, including storefront, account, app, live-shopping, search, wishlist, waitlist, and personalization functions.

·        Process and fulfill purchases, payments, shipping, delivery, returns, exchanges, store credit, refunds, cancellations, defects, wrong-item claims, and other transaction matters.

·        Create and manage customer accounts, authenticate users, save account preferences, and maintain account security.

·        Communicate with you about orders, deliveries, returns, account activity, customer service, and other transactional matters.

·        Send marketing communications, including email, SMS, and push notifications, where permitted by law and according to your choices.

·        Measure website, app, campaign, and product performance; understand browsing, cart, checkout, purchase, and abandonment behavior; and improve merchandising and customer experience.

·        Personalize content, recommendations, advertising, and shopping experiences where permitted and subject to applicable consent and opt-out controls.

·        Prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and other harmful or unauthorized activity; verify addresses or transactions; and protect our customers, business, and systems.

·        Maintain business, accounting, tax, inventory, fulfillment, compliance, and legal records.

·        Comply with law, enforce our terms and policies, protect legal rights, respond to lawful requests, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

·        Carry out a merger, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, acquisition, or similar business transaction, subject to applicable law.

4. Cookies, Analytics, Advertising, and Shopify Network Intelligence

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, software development kits, local storage, and similar technologies for functions such as security, remembering preferences, analytics, measuring campaign and product performance, personalization, and advertising.

Where our cookie banner or other consent controls are presented, you can use those controls to accept, decline, or manage non-essential categories. You may also be able to change browser settings, but browser settings may not provide the same controls as our privacy tools.

Our Shopify storefront uses advertising and measurement integrations that can include Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, Pinterest, and other Shopify app or marketing integrations. The particular integrations we use may change over time. Where required, we limit non-essential tracking until the relevant consent is obtained and honor applicable sale/sharing or targeted-advertising opt-outs through our privacy controls.

Shopify Network Intelligence and Enhanced Services

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our Shopify store. Shopify may use customer information from our store together with information from customer interactions with other Shopify merchants and Shopify consumer services to provide Enhanced Services such as analytics, personalization, product improvement, risk or fraud-related services, and advertising. Depending on the service and applicable law, Shopify may act as a controller or business for this processing. Other merchants do not receive access to our customer data through Shopify Network Intelligence.

For more information about Shopify’s processing and privacy rights, see the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and the Shopify privacy portal.

Your Privacy Choices

Where available, use the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our storefront footer to submit an applicable request to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising for the browser or device you are using and, where offered, to associate the request with your account or email. Where required by applicable law and supported by our privacy tools, we also treat Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as opt-out requests. See Section 13 for additional U.S. privacy information.

5. Marketing Communications

We may send marketing communications about products, launches, events, promotions, live sales, restocks, waitlists, or other Jennafer Grace news where permitted by law.

·        Email: You can unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email or through available account/preferences controls.

·        SMS: Where SMS marketing is offered, you can opt out using the instructions in the message or other available controls. Message and data rates may apply.

·        Push notifications: You can manage push-notification preferences in the app and/or your device settings.

·        Cookie and advertising choices: Use the cookie banner, preference center, “Your Privacy Choices,” and other controls described in this Policy where available.

Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional communications that are necessary to administer your account, order, return, delivery, or other requested service. Because our email, SMS, push, and other marketing systems may use different providers, a preference change made in one channel may not automatically change another channel. Use the controls for the channel you want to change or contact us if you need help with your preferences.

6. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the following categories of recipients, depending on the transaction or service:

·        Commerce and platform providers, including Shopify and CommentSold, to host and operate our storefront, accounts, app, live-shopping, checkout, order, and related functions.

·        Payment and financial-service providers to authorize, process, settle, prevent fraud in, or otherwise administer payments and refunds.

·        Shipping, fulfillment, and logistics providers, including carriers and shipping-management services, to prepare, route, track, deliver, investigate, or return shipments.

·        Returns, warranty, store-credit, and customer-service providers, including services used to administer return eligibility, labels, credits, exchanges, or claims.

·        Marketing, advertising, analytics, and personalization providers, subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights.

·        Email, SMS, push-notification, reviews, referral, wishlist, waitlist, and customer-engagement providers.

·        Accounting, tax, inventory, order-management, synchronization, and other operational service providers.

·        Marketplaces, retail partners, suppliers, and business partners where necessary to complete or support a transaction, coordinate inventory or fulfillment, or administer the relevant sales channel.

·        Professional advisers, insurers, auditors, banks, authorities, courts, regulators, or other persons when reasonably necessary for legal, compliance, risk, or business purposes.

·        A buyer, investor, lender, successor, or other party involved in a business transaction, subject to applicable law and appropriate safeguards.

Some recipients act only on our instructions, while others may determine their own purposes and means of processing under their own terms and privacy notices. The legal role depends on the service, the data involved, and applicable law.

7. Payments and Saved Payment Methods

We offer payment methods through Shopify and other payment services, and our CommentSold-powered channel may offer additional payment methods. The available methods can vary by device, channel, country, and checkout configuration.

Payment providers may collect and process payment card, bank, wallet, billing, fraud-prevention, and transaction information under their own terms. Where the Services allow you to save a payment method, the platform or payment provider may store or tokenize the payment credentials and make a saved method available for future purchases. Jennafer Grace may receive payment status, payment-method summaries, transaction identifiers, and related information needed to administer the transaction. We do not state that Jennafer Grace itself stores complete raw card or bank credentials unless that is specifically verified.

8. Marketplaces, Retail Partners, and Shopify Collective

We sell or supply products through third-party channels that may include Etsy, Wolf & Badger, Faire, and Shopify Collective. Those services have their own privacy terms and may collect information directly from buyers or retailers. Depending on the platform and our role, information available to us may include buyer or retailer identity and contact details, order, shipping and fulfillment information, returns or claims, and platform business, CRM, segmentation, or marketing-related information.

When Jennafer Grace receives personal information from a marketplace or retail partner, we use it for the purposes for which it was provided and other compatible purposes permitted by law, such as fulfilling and shipping orders, communicating about a transaction, handling returns or claims, maintaining records, preventing fraud, or complying with law.

Shopify Collective can involve two different roles. When we sell another supplier’s product through our storefront, we remain the customer-facing retailer for our direct transaction while relevant order/fulfillment information may be shared through Shopify Collective with the supplier. When another retailer sells a Jennafer Grace product and we fulfill it as the supplier, that retailer may transmit its end-customer’s contact, address, order, and fulfillment information to us so we can ship and support the order. The other retailer remains responsible for its own customer relationship and privacy obligations.

9. Reviews, Messages, and Other User Content

If you submit a review, rating, photo, message, or other content, we may process that information to provide the requested feature, moderate or authenticate content, respond to you, improve products or services, prevent abuse, and, where the feature is designed to be public, display the content in connection with our products or Services. Do not submit sensitive information in public reviews or other content that you do not want displayed.

10. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to provide requested services, complete and document transactions, maintain accounts, honor privacy or marketing preferences, administer returns or claims, prevent fraud and security incidents, meet accounting, tax, legal, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We use category-based retention criteria and internal retention controls. Retention periods vary by record type, system, vendor, legal obligation, and relationship. We may retain some information after an account is closed or an order is completed where necessary for these purposes. When personal information is no longer reasonably needed, we take steps to delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of it as appropriate, subject to technical, legal, backup, fraud-prevention, suppression, and recordkeeping requirements.

11. Security

We use administrative, technical, organizational, and physical measures designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. Our service providers also maintain security measures for the systems they operate. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have rights concerning your personal information. These can include rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, or information about our processing; to object to or restrict certain processing; to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent; to opt out of certain sale/sharing or targeted advertising; and, in some U.S. states, to appeal a decision on a privacy request.

To exercise a privacy right, contact us using the information in Section 18 or use an available storefront privacy tool. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. We may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including where an exception applies, and we will provide any response or explanation required by applicable law.

You may also be able to manage certain information directly through your Shopify or CommentSold account, including contact details, addresses, saved payment methods, marketing preferences, active sessions, and account deletion, depending on the channel and feature.

Authorized agents

Where applicable law permits an authorized agent to submit a request for you, we may require proof of authorization and may separately verify your identity or confirm the request with you.

13. California and Other U.S. Privacy Information

This section supplements the rest of this Privacy Policy for residents of U.S. states that provide specific privacy rights or online-tracking disclosures. The availability and scope of a right depends on the law that applies to Jennafer Grace and to the particular request.

California online-tracking disclosure

Our Services collect categories of personally identifiable information and other personal information described in Section 2. We may disclose the categories described in Section 6. We explain how to submit privacy requests in Section 12, how changes to this Policy are communicated in Section 18, and the effective/last-updated date at the top of this Policy.

Traditional browser Do Not Track (DNT) is separate from Global Privacy Control (GPC) and from our “Your Privacy Choices” controls. In our September 2026 testing of the current Shopify storefront in Chrome, the DNT signal reached the storefront and the advertising/tracking request families we tested were not observed when DNT was enabled, while several of those request families were observed in the corresponding DNT-off control. This is a scoped description of our tested storefront configuration, not a promise that DNT controls every vendor, server-side process, browser, device, or future configuration. For applicable sale/sharing or targeted-advertising opt-outs, use “Your Privacy Choices” or GPC where supported.

Third-party analytics, advertising, platform, and similar services may collect information about your activity over time and across websites or online services, subject to applicable consent, opt-out controls, and their own privacy practices. Where required and supported by our privacy tooling, we treat GPC signals as requests to opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising.

Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Some disclosures of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, targeted advertising, or similar advertising services may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain U.S. state privacy laws even when no money is exchanged for the data. Where applicable, you may use “Your Privacy Choices” or another available control to opt out. We do not condition mandatory privacy rights on purchasing a product or service.

California “Shine the Light”

California residents may have separate rights under California Civil Code section 1798.83 concerning certain disclosures of personal information for third parties’ direct-marketing purposes. Contact us using Section 18 if you wish to make a request that applies to you.

14. EEA, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

If you are in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, this section provides additional information where the GDPR, UK GDPR, Swiss data-protection law, or related rules apply to our processing.

Legal bases

Depending on the activity, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

·        Contract: where processing is necessary to take steps at your request or perform a contract with you, such as processing an order, payment, shipment, return, exchange, account, or requested customer service.

·        Legitimate interests: where necessary for our or another party’s legitimate interests and those interests are not overridden by your rights, such as service improvement, security, fraud prevention, business administration, certain analytics, and establishing or defending legal claims.

·        Legal obligation: where processing is necessary to comply with accounting, tax, consumer-protection, recordkeeping, regulatory, or other legal requirements.

·        Consent: where we rely on your consent, including for certain non-essential cookies, tracking, advertising, direct marketing, or device features where consent is required. You may withdraw consent as described in the relevant control or by contacting us.

The precise legal basis can depend on the feature, jurisdiction, and context. We do not treat continued use of the Services as blanket consent to processing that legally requires an affirmative choice.

Additional rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, or object to processing; receive certain personal information in a portable format; withdraw consent; and lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority. You may also have a right to information about the source of personal information when we did not obtain it directly from you.

15. International Transfers

Jennafer Grace is based in the United States, and many of our service providers and business partners operate in the United States and other countries. As a result, personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in countries whose privacy laws differ from those where you live.

Where applicable law requires a transfer mechanism or safeguard, we and/or the relevant service provider use an appropriate mechanism, which may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or other approved contractual safeguards, or another lawful transfer mechanism. You may contact us for information about safeguards that apply to our processing where the law gives you that right.

16. Children

The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us in circumstances where collection is not permitted, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

17. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to third-party websites, social networks, marketplaces, payment services, carriers, or other services that we do not control. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices and terms. We encourage you to review those notices before providing personal information directly to them.

18. Changes to This Privacy Policy and Contact Us

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Services, business practices, technology, vendors, or legal obligations. We will post the updated Policy and revise the “Last updated” date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change takes effect.
