Returns
Unlimited returns for credit are available using the Redo app. This auto-adds to cart and if removed, will not be useable.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the credit was approved or. If approved, you’ll be automatically credited within 10 business days.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at shipping@jennafergracecollection.com.
