Products described by Jennafer Grace as Preorder are currently sold as one-time purchases unless the product page or checkout expressly states that a different purchase option applies. Our standard Preorder processing timeframe is generally 1–4 months, unless a different timeframe is stated for the product or order.

Under our standard store policy, cancellation of a Preorder sold as an ordinary one-time purchase should be requested within 24 hours after purchase. Other ordinary order-cancellation rules are described in our Shipping, Returns & Cancellations Policy. These store-policy cancellation windows do not limit any cancellation, withdrawal, non-delivery, delay, refund, or other rights provided by applicable law.

If a product is ever expressly offered through a subscription, recurring purchase, deferred purchase, formal preorder purchase option, or try-before-you-buy arrangement, the additional price, payment timing, renewal, fulfillment, and cancellation terms shown for that specific purchase option will also apply.
