Shipping Information
Shipping is calculated by weight for the most streamlined delivery.
Most premade items will ship within 7-10 business days of purchase. Some items may be “in build” and require additional time to complete. We will always work hard to get out pieces within 48 hours!
Some orders may be split into multiple shipments, depending on production schedule.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS:
Shipments outside the US are eligible for taxes, duties & fees. All taxes, duties & fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Your country's customs authorities are responsible for collecting all landed costs associated with imports, including duties, taxes, & fees. These charges are determined based on various factors such as the value of the order, shipping charges, the nature and value of the goods, country of manufacture, and any relevant trade agreements.
We strive to make the ordering process as smooth as possible, but unfortunately, we cannot control these additional charges that may be incurred upon delivery. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your business.
Please note that these costs vary by country and can be quite substantial.

through Wolf & Badger as they offer a streamlined method to handle taxes, duties & fees. -
2. Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations:
Due to the limited edition and handmade nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds. In some cases we may be able to exchange items for store credit.
Items may be subject to a restocking fee. No items will be accepted without a qualifying Return Authorization Number.
Order cancellation requests must be received within 2 hours of order placement.
