Returns

Under our standard store policy, eligible change-of-mind returns must be started within 7 calendar days after you receive the item and are available only when Redo was purchased with the order. Eligible change-of-mind returns are issued as store credit or, where offered and available, an exchange.

Final-sale rules and applicable statutory consumer rights may also apply. If an item is wrong, damaged, defective, or otherwise not what you ordered, Redo is not required.

EU & UK Consumer Rights

For consumers in the European Union or United Kingdom, statutory withdrawal or cancellation rights may apply in addition to our standard store policy.

International Taxes, Duties & Fees

For ordinary Canada and international orders placed through jennafergracecollection.com, duties and import taxes are not currently collected at checkout. Your local customs authority, broker, or carrier may charge import duties, VAT/GST, brokerage fees, taxes, or other charges when the package arrives.
